Welcome to the Tiny Tales Studios Community

Tiny Tales Studios is a place where children, parents, carers, educators and families can enjoy stories, music, learning and imagination together.

We are committed to creating a positive, respectful and safe community for everyone.

By participating in our community, whether through our website, social media channels, videos, future apps or other services, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.

Behaviour We Do Not Allow

To help protect our community, the following behaviour is not permitted:

  • Bullying or harassment.
  • Personal attacks or insults.
  • Hate speech or discrimination.
  • Threats or intimidation.
  • Offensive, abusive or obscene language.
  • Sexual or explicit content.
  • Graphic or violent content.
  • Encouraging dangerous behaviour.
  • Illegal activity.
  • Sharing harmful misinformation.
  • Trolling or deliberately disrupting discussions.
  • Spam or repetitive posting.
  • Impersonating another person or organisation.

Content that breaches these guidelines may be removed without notice.

Protecting Children

Children's safety is our highest priority.

To help keep our community safe:

  • Do not request or share personal information about children.
  • Do not attempt to contact children through our platforms.
  • Do not encourage children to communicate privately with strangers.
  • Do not post photographs, videos or personal details of children without appropriate permission.
  • Do not share school addresses, home addresses, telephone numbers or other sensitive information.

Any behaviour that may place children at risk may be reported to the relevant platform providers or authorities where appropriate.

Family-Friendly Content

Our community is designed for families.

Please ensure anything you post is suitable for a general family audience.

This includes avoiding:

  • Swearing.
  • Adult humour.
  • Sexual references.
  • Graphic violence.
  • Illegal drugs or substance misuse.
  • Gambling promotion.
  • Harmful challenges.
  • Dangerous behaviour.

Respect Our Creative Work

Tiny Tales Studios invests significant time and creativity into producing original content.

Please do not:

  • Upload our videos to other platforms without permission.
  • Copy our artwork.
  • Reproduce our stories.
  • Sell merchandise using our characters.
  • Use our logos without permission.
  • Claim our work as your own.

Comments and Discussions

We welcome thoughtful and respectful conversations.

We encourage comments that:

  • Share positive experiences.

  • Ask genuine questions.
  • Offer helpful suggestions.

We reserve the right to moderate comments to help maintain a safe environment.

Reporting Content

If you see content or behaviour that you believe violates these Community Guidelines, please report it to us.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • The location of the content.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting information, if available.

We review reports as quickly as reasonably possible.

Moderation

Tiny Tales Studios reserves the right to:

  • Remove comments or posts.
  • Edit or hide inappropriate content where appropriate.
  • Restrict or suspend access to community features.
  • Permanently ban users who repeatedly violate these guidelines.
  • Report unlawful behaviour to the appropriate authorities where necessary.

Moderation decisions are made to help protect the safety and wellbeing of our community.

Artificial Intelligence

Tiny Tales Studios may use artificial intelligence to support content creation and customer support.

Any AI-assisted content published by us is reviewed before release to ensure it meets our standards for quality, safety and age-appropriateness.

Community members must not use our platforms to upload or distribute AI-generated content that infringes copyright, impersonates others, spreads misinformation or could cause harm.

Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes to our services, community features or legal requirements.

The latest version will always be published on our website with the updated effective date.
